I built Sellio as an all-in-one commerce platform for local businesses—from AI-assisted onboarding and product creation to branded storefronts, ordering, payments, operations, and actionable insights. Sellio World extends the experience into an immersive marketplace where customers discover businesses and merchants grow.
I built Appstimator to turn anything from a short idea to a multi-phase brief into clear requirements, intelligently scoped features, and real-time SGD quotations based on real industry market prices—complete with engineering hours, phased timelines, cost breakdowns, and professional PDF proposals in minutes.
I built JiTCM as a bilingual clinic management system for traditional Chinese medicine practices, connecting appointment scheduling, therapist workflows, treatment records, payments, receipts, staff permissions, and subscriptions in one secure workspace. It reduces administrative work while keeping daily operations clear, accountable, and patient-focused.
I led a redesign of the lesson booking experience, cutting drop off in half and making the schedule feel like a calendar people actually want to open.
